  • How should I get started?

    The only way to get started is by scheduling a FREE consultation with us first. This way we can assess your needs and recommend the best package for you. Also, this allows us to ensure that we are a great fit and can meet your needs.
    Once we all agree on the best plan for you, we will send you an invoice.
  • What if I don’t know what plan I need?

    No worries! We figure that part out with you. As mentioned above, the only way to get started is by scheduling a FREE consultation with us first. During this consultation, we can assess your needs and recommend the best package for you. 
  • What payment options do you provide for clients?

    The two easiest and fastest methods are to pay online using a debit/credit card or by ACH (automated clearing house), which is basically a direct payment from your bank account to ours and usually has the lowest fees (sometimes no fees). Another option is paying by check (although, not preferred). 
  • Do you have a money back guarantee?

    If you are ever unhappy with our service, please let us know. There are often better ways to resolve these issues than a money back guarantee. From our perspective, a money back guarantee feels like a disconnected way of doing business, and seems to lack a sense of cooperation and creativity (two things we pride ourselves on).
    We understand that even though we truly do our best to meet your needs, sometimes there are misunderstandings and differences in expectations. Although, since you are paying for our time and we cannot get back time spent, we do not offer money back guarantees. However, our plans are month-to-month so you can cancel anytime.  
  • Do unused hours roll over from month to month?

    No. In order for us to be able to provide consistent, high-quality services for all of our clients we must be able to plan our schedules properly ahead of time. Rolling over unused hours would not allow us to do this. Like you, we only have so many hours each week/month to serve our clients. If a client saved their hours for months and then ask us to apply them all at once, this would directly impact our ability to serve other clients. 
    Instead of trying to roll over unused hours, we recommend choosing a lower package and then paying for additional hours as needed.
  • How can I change my plan?

    You can change your plan anytime just by letting us know. Note: We believe in keeping things simple, efficient and transparent. So, we do not pro-rate packages. Package changes will occur for the upcoming cycle.
  • Can I get video consultation with your specialist?

    Absolutely! We actually prefer to meet our clients face-to-face (in-person or online) before they become clients. This way we can all make sure it is a good fit.
